Glennstars Postpones Its Initial Public Offering

Glennstars Ltd., a closed-end investment fund incorporated under the

laws of Jersey (the "Company"), announces today that it has

postponed its Initial Public Offering ("IPO") on Euronext

Amsterdam planned for 27 June 2008. The Company believes that the

conditions for an IPO are currently not optimal, and the Company will

monitor market conditions to assess when it may return to the market.
