SPONDA WINS CONTRACT TO BUILD GATEHOUSE COMPLEX AT VUOSAARI HARBOUR
Sponda Plc and the Port of Helsinki have today, 16 November 2006, signed a
contract under which Sponda will be responsible for building the gatehouse,
parking facilities and passenger terminal at Vuosaari Harbour. The development
project will be carried out in two phases, with the total investment for the
first phase amounting to some EUR 34 million and for the second EUR 8 million.
The investments will start in the spring of 2007. More details of the project
were given in the release published by the company on 2 August 2006.
