IndiSoft’s RxOffice Platform Tops 18 million Transactions; Continues Microsoft Certification Process

IndiSoft,

LLC , a technology developer focusing its efforts on the default

service management industry, announced today that its RxOffice®

platform has processed more than 18 million transactions since 2008. The

company also is in the process of receiving third-party certification

from Microsoft®, which will validate the platform’s security

and scalability.

“The transaction numbers show that our technology is proven and is

capable of handling the growing needs of the default management

industry,” said Sanjeev Dahiwadkar, CEO and president of IndiSoft. “Our

continued commitment to the industry and flexibility is evident in the

on-going platform adjustments we make based on changes from the federal

government, investors, GSEs, insurers and servicers.

“Soon we will receive Microsoft certification, which will demonstrate

how committed we are to providing the mortgage industry with technology

that will improve the default services process and save all parties

involved time and financial resources.”

Essentially, RxOffice is a case management, workflow management and

document management platform that has processed more than 14.5 million

cases in workflow transactions as of June 2010. RxOffice also includes a

robust document management solution and houses over 3.5 million

documents relating to mortgage defaults.

“Mortgage defaults are at unprecedented volumes and millions of HAMP

trial modifications are stalled from lack of supporting documents,” said

Anna Taylor, CTO of IndiSoft. “While legacy systems have been challenged

in storing and associating specific documents with specific cases,

RxOffice can manage high-volumes and sorting documents properly.”

IndiSoft offers its RxOffice platform (patent pending) to servicers,

counselors, mortgage insurers, law firms and homeowners. The platform

leverages secured communication technology and infrastructure to enable

transparent and real-time updates.

RxOffice’s document management feature includes dynamic generation of

letters, emails and notes from templates as well as it is a storehouse

for interfaced and uploaded documents. Documentation integration with

case management has been a long time challenge with default management

systems and RxOffice meets those needs.

In addition to document integration, RxOffice further integrates

inbound/outbound email and faxes with cases providing a complete view of

cases to its users.
