encryption requirements that will take effect in 2010 in Nevada and

the laws, what they mean, and how organizations can address them.
The new standards put forth by Nevada
(Senate Bill 227) and Massachusetts
(201 CMR 17.00), with possible adoption in other states in 2010
govern the collection and transport of personal data, as well as how
